Summary
- We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA on the nohexevo.click website.
- We list known gaps openly and improve the site in steps.
- The Lindengasse studio has steps — please contact us before visiting.
- Accessibility feedback: [email protected] or 01 405 82 16.
1. Scope
This statement covers the website nohexevo.click, operated by Nohexevo GmbH (Nohexevo, recording studio in Wien). It describes digital accessibility and complements our legal notice and privacy policy.
Studio services are governed by the terms and conditions; sessions take place at Lindengasse 14, 1070 Wien.
2. Legal context and target
We want the site to work for as many people as possible — regardless of vision, mobility, hearing or cognition. Our target is Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably achievable.
The European Accessibility Act (EU) 2019/882 applies to certain products and services; Austrian rules for small business websites are phased in over time. We publish this statement voluntarily for transparency.
3. Measures on nohexevo.click
When building nohexevo.click we implemented or planned measures including:
- Semantic HTML with heading structure and landmarks for navigation and main content.
- Text alternatives for informative images using our defined alt texts (studio, live room, booth).
- Sufficient colour contrast for body text and buttons within our design.
- Visible keyboard focus; skip link to main content in the site chrome.
- Form fields with descriptive labels; privacy notice links to privacy.
- German and English language switch with correct
langattributes. - No auto-playing audio or flashing content on information pages.
Structured pricing appears under services; FAQ covers booking and workflow.
4. Known limitations
Some barriers may remain:
- Some documentary photos are atmospheric; essential information is in text.
- External map links (OpenStreetMap) follow that provider's accessibility.
- We do not control PDFs or files you send us — tell us preferred formats.
- Very old browsers or assistive tech without current WCAG support may mis-render pages.
We review new guides such as vocal prep and stem delivery for headings, alt text and clear tables before publishing.
5. Physical access at the studio
Our studio is in a nineteenth-century building in Neubau. The entrance on Lindengasse 14 involves steps; there is no step-free lift in the building. The live room is about 38 m²; up to 7 people at once — see band recording and podcast production.
Getting here: U3 underground station Neubaugasse (about 4 minutes on foot). Tram line 49 stop Neubaugasse. From Westbahnhof take U3 towards Simmering to Neubaugasse.. If you use a wheelchair, walking aid or have other needs, contact us via contact before booking. We can discuss on-site sessions or remote parts of the workflow (e.g. mixing or mastering).
Hours: Tuesday–Saturday 10:00–22:00; closed Monday and Sunday. Evening sessions by appointment..
6. Feedback and enforcement
If you hit a barrier on nohexevo.click or need content in another format (e.g. plain text), email [email protected] or call 01 405 82 16. Include the page URL, device and assistive software so we can fix issues faster. We usually reply within 2 business days.
Data protection complaints go to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at). Consumer disputes follow the terms where mediation is mentioned.
